Project LAMDAS
To help patients with Dysphagia
Dysphagia is a swallowing problem which results in damage to the esophagus, blockage of the esophagus, or poor function of the nerves and muscles that control swallowing.
Project LAMDAS is an acronym for Learning disabilities-Autism- Mental health-Dementia-and Stroke.
This website is about helping people who have these disabilities/conditions. The person who thought of this is a speech pathologist who is hoping for the best in this sector of health as no one is paying enough attention.

Cough Tracker
“The cough tracker hopes to save lives by detecting swallowing problems in a timely manner”
Addressing inequalities in the Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and Dementia populations. We do this by finding solutions to eating, drinking and swallowing problems that may lead to aspiration pneumonia and/or choking. The website will provide updates to the project.
